The Yellow Vest movement has called for a protest in Bourges on Saturday, January 12, as part of ‘Act IX’ marking the ninth week in a row since the first protests began. According to the prefecture of Cher, no request was made for the protest, and authorities have decided to ban any gathering in the city center. More than 13,000 people were interested in attending the event on social media.
